I've found that doing breath holds while blowing up inflatables is .... just... the best idea ever! You get incredibly light headed when breathing over and over into an inflatable! To where (before) I used to hold My breath, then cut it out of the video, so that I could continue to blow. I thought, why not actually try to hold My breath as long as I can?? So now I have a new big beach ball and it's yet another opportunity to practice My breath holds. Each breath hold is longer and I even break higher times sitting. Times that I would normally get if I was laying down. Yay Me!
