I weight my options but my bowels have other plans for me! I cannot hold it anymore and turn around pushing everything out into my leotard with a sigh of pleasure! Phew! I really needed to let that go. I feel so much better! I can't believe I just did that. Although I am embarrassed, I can't help but feel relieved. ((No joke guys, biggest load I have ever had!!
