I share with you about this supplement and how I have just returned from vacation. It took me awhile to realize that I was even constipated in the first place. All the sudden a few days would go by and I would have a realization that I hadn't taken a dump in that whole time! When I did go, it was like solid packed rabbit and I really had to push hard to get it to come out! Then I would go days without going again! So now here we are.... and I've decided that a laxative is going to be the best way to sort this whole mess out. I drink the whole thing and then we skip ahead to the bathroom trips. Believe it or not, I started going within 1 hour of drinking the laxative. That's how bad I was backed up! It causes me some serious cramping and discomfort, resulting in some swearing about how I just want this out of me! I even end up having an accident off camera and I talk about it on my next trip. Might as well tell you why I'm all the sudden naked! I totally myself! I couldn't believe it! I get several trips to the bathroom regardless. Each one, I candidly share about my day, talking to you as if you were in the bathroom with me.
