A little big ago, I released a video of me utilizing a couple of belts to restrict my hand veins. Since that was so successful, I just HAD to use them on my feet. I use one at a time, on each foot, and cinch them as tight as I can. The veins aren't very shy as they start to pop out and shine! I caress the veins with my free hand and comment on them, before moving onto the second belt.
