It's that time again. Time to wash and condition my hair that I don't get to clean too often. I do it in the shower, so I'm obviously naked. I wet my hair and then get to it. I shampoo my hair twice, making sure it's nice and sudsy, before rinsing it out. Following that, I thoroughly condition it and then rinse that too. Whilst shampooing and conditioning my hair, I make sure to wash/condition it forward over my face and also backward down my back.
