My calves are popping when I am wearing a pair of heels. I tease you with my muscular calves as I flex and do some heel raises. Then I grab two weights that are 20lb each. In high heeled stilettoes, with more than a third of my own weight in my hands, I do some heel raises. It's hard, as my heels are already raised due to my shoes, but it makes my calves really bulge. I take off my high heeled stilettoes and do some more heel raises with 40lb weight.
