[Next, you suggest that we revisit the event and try to get me to relive it to aid with my recovery} "I want you to tell me how you were feeling when you were on the ride. Were you worried you were going to wet yourself? Oh, you're worried that you might wet yourself during this session when you relive the event? That definitely won't happen."

[After a while you notice that I have wee myself and break the news to me in a gentle way. You look down at a wet spot on the front of my trousers.] "I'm going to pause the session there. [you look down at my trousers a few times as if you are making sure you are right} "You've wet yourself. You wet your pants." [Then if you could reassure me and ask me if I need to change my pants.]

[Next, I would like you to tell me about a time you wet your knickers to make me feel better]. "I wet my knickers. I wet my knickers once." [You would then describe how you were in an exam and desperate to wee. You weren't allowed to go and so you wet yourself.] "I thought the exam would never end. When I was on my way to the toilet I wet my pants."

I would like the Therapy-Fantasy session to be kind and soothing. Please could you look as old as possible? The phrases I like are "You wet yourself" "You wet your pants" "I wet my knickers" "I wet my pants" and "I wet myself".
