Bella Ink had escaped from Bond Women's Prison where all prisoners are dressed in short shorts, pantyhose, heels, and a tight halter top. Luckily, this dangerous (and sexy) con was caught shortly after her escape. It only made sense to tie her up and gag her while waiting for authorities to come and get her.
