The college student is still at it giving rub and tugs on the side to pay for school. From the conversation she has with the customer she's going to medical school. I guess this is part of her anatomy training and she should be very familiar with the male sex organs. She also tells him that her and her b/f like to pick up girls at bars and take them home.
