I created this week of control so it would start on Xmas' eve and end on New Years' eve to close the year with some spice ;) It can however be done any week of the year.

The clips will have 5 parts over 7 days and are to be done cumulatively: day 0 pt1, day 1 pt1 again, day 2 pt1&pt2, day 3 pt1&pt2, day 4 pt1&pt2&pt3, day 5 pt1&pt2&pt3, day 6 pt1&pt2&pt3&pt4 and last day: pt1&pt2&pt3&pt4&pt5
