Another installment of "simple activities Bri can't do"... I revisit jumping jacks. I've been sitting in the same chair for about a month now, during quarantine. I'm feeling a bit stiff, and lets be honest, I could use the exercise. I hop out on my back porch in a pair of leggings that shows every indent of my fat shapeless blob of a body, while I make sad attempts at "jumping jacks" I can barely do a jumping jack, and I don't know exactly what a squat is, but I try to do them. Can you tell I know very little about physical fitness? Lol.
