I am always be careful to not fall down on floor, because I know, ist such an effort to stand up from floor. I never would be able to handle it alone without help. So I prepare myself for this situation. I simulate it. I slide carfully and slowly from bed to floor. You see me getting naked, lying on side, beeing on all 4, my fat is hanging ..... struggle to move on floor back to the bed..... ist so so hard to stand up from floor! Ist embarrassing, but I want to share that...
