My doctor wants me to try to move more and I haven't left my house in weeks or my bed in days, so today I am challenging myself to water my plants and check the mail, but even with the use of my rollator the task is way too hard and I am exhausted and begin to cry. I really just can't even waddle the smallest distance anymore.
