I've become almost too fat to stand, so weighing in was super hard this month, even with my live-in helper giving me a hand to step onto the scale. I guess all those Gainer shakes I have been drinking have really paid off. It's an EPIC and emotional weigh-in this month as I inch closer and closer to total immobility.
