Lately, I have crossed a threshold into mega obesity, to the point that I can barely sit up, stand or walk. I have had to hire a CNA for home healthcare and light cleaning duties, I am outgrowing my vehicle (which is the largest minivan they make, and I can barely work. Even lifting my my arms to do my makeup is tiring. And I have been in and out of the hospital lately, dur to fat-related health issues. I am turning into a fat helpless blob.
