I have become too fat to take care of myself, so my home health aid is here for our daily visit, to take my vitals, check up on my skin issues, help with my physical therapy, by lifting and bending my huge heavy legs and finally helping me get dressed. I can barely stand at the point, so I really need full body assistance with almost every basic task.
