We hardly move unless foods is the motivation. I honestly can't remember the last time I moved my body this much! Quarantine has planted my ass on the couch with the only movement I do is transporting food to my mouth. Just getting up off the couch is difficult. There is literally so much fat on my body that im not really able to even preform these exercises properly. Wow my mobility is declining. Looks like Its time to double my calories.
