Rachael is ill in bed with a chesty cough. She has asked that Matron come and check that she is OK. Insisting that she must get naked for her to be examined properly a reluctant Rachael is not so sure, so to encourage her Matron strips completely naked first. Will this convince Rachael to strip too, or was it just a ploy to trick Matron into getting naked?!
