Natalia has an important test coming up which is all about the heart and she really wants to do well for once. She has been studying hard but learning from a book is just in not sinking in as well as she would like, so she has had a brain wave. She has gone to the medical room hoping to use the stethoscope to listen to the different areas of her heart; she thinks this may help her to better understand how the heart works. When she arrives in the medical room with her book it is empty, so she goes through the drawers to find the stethoscope. She slips the ear pieces into her ears and tries to listen to her heart by undoing a few buttons and slipping the chest piece inside her blouse. However she does not have much luck, her clothing clearly is not helping and she is not entirely sure where she should be placing the chest piece. Luckily Matron Kay returns just in time and is impressed Natalia is going to such an effort for her test, so she decides she will help her. She tells Natalia to slip off her blazer, tie, blouse and bra, leaving her topless, as this will make it a lot easier to hear her heart properly. As Natalia lies back on the couch Matron takes her time to listen to all the different areas of Natalia’s heart, the Aortic, Pulmonary, Mitral, Tricuspid & Erb’s Point. She shows Natalia exactly where to place the chest piece and how hard to press in order to be able to hear the beats the strongest. Matron knows the best way for Natalia to absorb this information is for her to have a go herself but it would be far easier for Natalia to listen on someone else’s heart and Matron kindly agrees to be her subject. So Matron slips off her tunic & bra, revealing her big round perfect breasts, before lying back in her own couch ready to guide Natalia through all the same areas of the heart. As Natalia listens she is fascinated to her the beats so strongly, Matron even sits up and lets Natalia listen to her heart again. Natalia is so pleased, she now knows she will ace her test and impress everyone by just how well she knows about her heart!
