Scarlett and I decided to Toss the Frisbee outside. Everything's going ok I suppose, we are just getting warmed up. On about the 3rd throw ,it was way off on Scarlett's end and I completely landed wrong after Jumping High in the Air to Catch it. Rolling My Ankle Back and Forth before hitting the ground.Now I've done it again Spraining My Ankle. Scarlett runs over to Help me Not Seeing the Huge Hole she's running towards,OOPS She Did It Again! Scarlett Hits the Ground Hard and Now Has A Sprained Ankle as well. Both girls are in Obvious Pain,They just can't believe this is happening . They Crawl...

One by one we remove our shoes and Massage our Now Swelling Ankles.WE need to get back to the house and decide to Use each other as A Crutch. HA, that's a task in itself we Try hopping on one leg in Sync and it happens once but after that it's down hill literally from there. WE Hit the Ground and back to square one. Finally One By One we make our way back into the house...
