I'm training for the Gaspirilla Marathon that is happening next week, so I decide to do some laps around the house. My lovely cameraman is there to cheer me on.I make it around just fine a couple times and as I round the hous I feel this wonderful breeze and run with my arms straight out and announce how great the breeze feels. My cameraman distracts me and the next thing I know I am on the Ground with a Twisted ankle. I didn't see the hole in the ground that my foot went in causing me to Twist and Fall. Now I'm covered in Sand and In Obvious Pain, again my cameraman just laughs at my Failure....

Now I have to hope all the way back to the house for an ice pack. I really hope I didnt hurt it to bad cause I really want to do this marathon. Hop Hop Hop I make it to the porch but I just have to rest it is Throbbing and Sending Sharp Pains up My Calf and Back down to the Ankle. Please please don't let me miss this marathon. I hope in the house to Ice it down......
