It's that time again, yup you know it REAL Ankle Sprain Time. SO I'm practicing some Cheerleading moves but the Kicker this year is that we have to wear Black High Heeled Boots, So to practice I use just some Regular Heels. A few Kicks, Twirls, and Twists it doesn't take long for me to Hit the Floor. Painful but not enough for me to stop. I get up again and start all over, but it ends abruptly when I Step wrong and Roll my Ankle in and Outward Spraining it for real this time. I make my way to the kitchen table to prop it up, then decide I better ghet an Ace bandage and some Ice and off to retrieve my items. I can't wait to see how it looks tomorrow!!!!
