I hate this time of the month! You catch me in mid cramps the very begining of my 7 day I sit on the toliet and clench my tummy with every cramp that comes. It takes a few moments before I can actually begin my onsertion. Always using my fave brand ko**x, with the plastic casing, the cardboard is just horrible.The first few days are the worst then from there the cramping subsides.....
