I’m in the bathroom, just finished my shower and getting dressed when Baby J comes toddling in. As soon as he’s near, it’s time to check that diaper! I give his little bottom a few pats and, yep, he’s soaked. Poor baby! I give him a little smile and tell him, “Step-mommy will finish getting dressed, then we’ll get you all cleaned up, sweetie!”. First, I’ll get him his bottle, and then it’s straight to diaper-changing time!
