Once I unbuttoned the onesie at the crotch, there it was—a very wet diaper! To keep things tidy, I put on his plastic pants over the diaper so we could head to the kitchen for his bottle. Once he finishes his drink, it'll be straight to the changing table for a fresh diaper!
