I take this chance to unbutton his onesie at the crotch to check his diaper. It’s dry, but oh surprise! He starts wetting his diaper right then and there. Once he finishes, it’s time for him to wake up anyway, so I give his diaper a good press and rub with my hand. He turns around to show me the back of his soaked diaper, and I give it a few squeezes too.
