In this edition of "Tears By Stevie", Devon has come back again, this time to be disciplined for some behaviors she is having trouble identifying.. namely, her justification of her "Mean Girl" actions that she has taken in defense. Since she cant control her mouth and won't admit to her behaviors, she is sentenced to a sound spanking, first over her jean shorts and then onto her bare bottom, as she KICKS and SQUIRMS over Miss Stevie's stern knee.
