The first visitor is James (introducing Max Duggan) a fitness trainer, he has a bad back and is due to see the duty nurse (introducing Stella Hardy) She's willing to take a look of course but not willing to accept the improper advances made by this young muscular upstart. She knows the treatment he really needs and he very quickly he finds himself face down with her leather strap burning in to the raised and rounded cheeks of his bare bottom. He might be a big fit lad but that won't stop her putting the hapless James across her knee for a damn good spanking! She's seeing red alright and it matches the colour of poor James backside perfectly!

Later another visitor, this time a college boy (Jay Sheen) he's due to see the late shift duty nurse (Naomi Bennett) His plan is to get off going to college and is happy to make up any excuse to do it.
