Sophie has been coming into the clinic for weekly iron injections. She's sent to Dr. Fish, who has Nurse Anika get the hypodermic ready, then administers the shot. Dr. Fish, however, isn't pleased that Sophie has been having iron injections on such a regular basis, mentioning to Sophie that overdosing on iron can cause various problems; among them, constipation.
