Recently a of 18 had to come in for several enemas and all three of our lovely students were involved in her treatment. Being the giddy, happy go lucky young women that they are, they got a bit carried away with the embarrassed girl. Little did the students know that the girl's step-mother wrote a letter of complaint to the Public Health Department. Dr. Albert Fish has the three miscreant students report to the Public Health Department after classes and has Tori read the letter out loud. All three girls claim the letter exaggerates and that patient care was never sacrificed! Unfortunately a copy of the letter was also sent to the Dean and Dr. Fish has no choice but to discipline the girls. Explaining that enemas can be embarrassing under the best of circumstances, he feels that the students actually went out of their way to make the experience more unpleasant for the poor patient.Dr. Fish believes the punishment should fit the crime and offers them the choice of being expelled or getting the same treatment as the girl.After deliberation, the three students decide that it would be best to just get it overwith instead of getting kicked out of school.All three girls are led to the exam room where Dr. Fish has each of them get their rectal temperature taken by the other classmate. He even insists that the student reach back and spread their bottom apart to make it easier!Next he has each of them give the other an enema and one by one they are laying on the table getting an enema from their classmate while Dr. Fish watches.Next, Dr. Fish gives each of them an enema to enhance the embarrassment!Between enemas the girls are required to stand facing the wall with their bottoms bare.Three properly punished students are dismissed with the warning that any further poor behavior will result in expulsion!Next their teacher is called before Dr. Fish who threatens to have her sacked for not supervising her students properly. She apologizes and begs for an alternative.It turns out that Dr. Fish has to make a demonstration video on how to give a physical exam and offers the teacher the opportunity to redeem herself by modeling for the video. Reluctantly she agrees and Dr. Fish begins by having her bend over the exam table to demonstrate one way of doing a rectal exam.Next Dr. Fish has her lay prone on the exam table and demonstrates how to take rectal temperatures. The teacher is then required to strip completely and Dr. Fish examines her posture.The teacher's pubic hair is shaved and her abdomen is palpated.Dr. Fish performs a very close pelvic exam to demonstrate the patient's anatomy, inside and out! After that he demonstrates two technicques for administering enemas.
