Could you for say 1.5 minutes do a lovely dangle with your shoe gradually being worked to the end of your toe and then kept perfectly still so I can admire you toes with your high heel dangling. See the attached picture. For the other 3.5 minutes could you sit in some very extreme double-leg positions as in my pictures sent previously? It's not the fact that your foot is tucked behind your leg but how long and gorgeous you can make your legs look whilst doing that.
