Wrists bound with a rope. The rope run through a large metal hook in the ceiling beam then down to my ankles. Tight enough to pull my ankles and wrists up. Spent 24 minutes before I was able to pull myself up to untie my ankles. Laid there face down afterwards for a while exhausted.
