These small foley catheters are way too little for my sloppy gaping peehole, like I've shown in a past video! I can just pull the retention balloon out while it's still inflated. Here's a new work-around: I put the small catheter into the through-hole in this plug (it's actually designed as an enema nozzle!) and then put the butt plug into my urethra.
