She just gave him his first ever run up slippering as we saw in the last episode, and now she is going to cane him. Part way through she tells him that it is for the slipper he gave her but...

In the first video Steve gave Chloe a particularly severe dose of a slipper known as The Enforcer, which she reveals in this episode was, in her words, vile. Now she is looking to get some revenge. She just gave him his first ever run up slippering as we saw in the last episode, and now she is going to cane him. Part way through she tells him that it is for the slipper he gave her but by that time he already knows this is no ordinary caning. Look out in particular for the second stroke. She goes so high on the back swing that the tip of the cane clips the screen behind her, but this does nothing to impede the sheer speed of the cane stroke which bites into his soft lower bum cheeks where they are the most sensitive with a vengeance, quite literally, raising an almost instant red cane welt right across his lower bum cheeks. He howls with pain and you can see the instant look of satisfaction on her face raising a wicked grin at the sight and sounds of his suffering. This is punishment, real punishment and revenge.

In the next scene she brings him back to the same classroom for double the previous dose, and fr the first time we see her use a rapid triple strokes, three strokes given very fast without a break between them, something she will use again in future videos.
