In Report To Miss Chester, two fed-up wives confront their husbands. One is lazy and drinks too much, the other gambles. The aggrieved wives have had enough and they give the two men an ultimatum - to visit the girls' former headmistress Miss Chester for some severe corporal punishment or divorce. Not happy about it, the husbands reluctantly agree. An appointment is made with the formidable Miss Chester, who will be assisted by her head girl, Jane.
