Misty and Luna have found themselves in the slammer ...again. In their cell, they stand leaned over the bars chatting with Johan, the guard, and Sheriff Henry Samuels. The ladies are sassing the officers about why they shouldn't be locked up, they should be set free, they won't "do it" again, etc. when they are joined by two more petty offenders Hannah and Verronica.
