The webmaster wants to test Devon's strength to see how strong she is for REAL. Devon squeezes him in a body scissor to the point he almost taps as she scissors his neck at only 70 percent of her strength. She could squeeze more but she's afraid to hurt him but he insists she squeeze her hardest for a just a couple of seconds. Devon knew her strength but almost testing it.
