Why did I have for lunch? I should have known that it would only take a few minutes to kick in. I have no choice but to sit through the smell and loud noises while I stretch out before heading to my work out later. I'm so embarrassed and the smell alone is making me even more nauseous . I can't take it any longer... I had to get up and run to the bathroom before it was too late.
