Once the suspect has been handcuffed behind his back, he is taken to a waiting security room. locked inside, the policewoman decides to leave the handcuffs on him. waiting for her boss to call, she goes back to his office and decides to take another pair of handcuffs for safety because the others are still on the man's wrists. once he receives the phone call, he can transfer the prisoner. he enters the security room with his jacket on. the handcuffs are removed but then immediately put back on after putting on the jacket.
