Lexi is past due
Lexi rents a room from this weird guy Mr Groper. When she steps out of the common bathroom he stops her and asks for the past due rent. Lexi doesn't have any money right now since work has been slow but she has to keep a roof over her head. She makes a suggestion and Mr Groper gladly agrees. He hands Lexi some lube and she drops to her knees and "pays the rent" and even gets a deposit she enjoys.
