The super fit and lovely Sumiko is doing sit ups on the mats. Today she will test her rock hard abs with a self-inflicted barrage to her tight tummy. The belly contest consists of flexed and unflexed blows to the mid-section. Sumiko doesn't hold back as she pounds her stomach with hard left and rights that have her wincing in pain.
