After an intense workout with the lovely instructor Sumiko, Nicole is able to move on to her cooldown exercises, and finally able to catch her breath. As she cools down, we can see her body just glistening in her own body sweat. Her face and chest just drenched, signs of a very good and hard days workout. Sumiko expresses her praise for Nicole's hard work, as she continues to instruct her on her cool down while we fade out to the lovely sounds of a heavy breathing Nicole.
