This weigh-in is my biggest yet - not only finishing out a year, but an entire decade. I show off my rounding belly as I talk about my year and all the eating I have done to help with my weight gain. I share some new things I have tried since the last time stepping on the scale in August. Once I get to the weigh-in, I am very pleasantly surprised with how I am finishing this decade - and I think you will be too.
