My last weigh-in was at the very beginning of the year and with more than half of 2019 gone, I think we are more than due for a new one. This weigh-in comes at a point in the summer where I have finished all of my big trips until fall. This year the vacations were particularly lazy and I chat all about that with you before getting on the scale. Did my lazy down time help me put on some pounds? I am ready to find out.
