I have been wanting to make a video on this topic for awhile, but wanted to be able to collect more data to share. Now that we are nearing the end of the year, it's a perfect time to discuss one of my biggest attributes to my gaining. My lack of movement. I know I talk a lot about how lazy I can be, but today I am showing you the proof by revealing my tracked steps through my "health" app on my phone. I think most people use that to push themselves to walk farther, but I have found way to use it to encourage me to the do the exact opposite.
