Lew was over where I was shooting some stuff for h2ogems and I said Lew - "I need you to get me back into shape." I am wearing bra, panties, stockings, garter, and 5" heels and he shoves me up against a wooden pole. There are 5 other people around watching as he slowly takes my breath away by tightly tying my chest to the pole.
