Hollywood is really sick and coughing really bad. She has all this flem built up and she just can't stop spitting it up. Even though she is so sick, she still has to smoke cigarettes. So, Hollywood lights up a cigarette, smokes and spits a puddle all while coughing her head off. Hollywood feels awful with the worst cold ever.
