Fran Wynowski is a nerd, but a smart one. She's done the PR for several top superheroes, but now she wants more! After learning that Star Wonder, Wonder Shellene's side-kick has recently and quite unexpectively retired, she jumps at the chance to apply for the job. She invites Wonder Shellene over for a chat and tries to convince her that she is perfect to fill Star Wonder's boots. Wonder Shellene tells her that she's the one who encouraged the early retirement in the first place, she likes working alone and wants to keep it that way. Fran is NOT happy with this idea, so she turns to a more sinister form of persuation...a juice coctail laced with her own design of toxin. A few sips of the juice and Wonder Shellene is Fran strips the superheroine of her power items and then goes to tie her up, but seeing as though she misplaced her rope, she uses the next best thing she can think of fast....saran wrap! Of course, first, once the groggy Wonder Shellene awakens, Fran uses the golden lasso to Wonder Shellene to sit still while she wraps her up. She leaves Wonder Shellene to contemplate her situation, hoping to convince her that she DOES need her as a side-kick. Fran reappears in a costume of her own design for a final plea but Wonder Shellene still declines the offer. Fran leaves her wrapped up with the last remark that she's going to simply take over Wonder Shellene's position, telling everyone that Wonder Shellene has retired as well.
