Back from her extended vacation, Shellene has put together this clip. Katia Milovich is the new head of the IADC. The first assignment she hands out to to Donna Troy (secretly known as Star Wonder), to investigate this mad man that calls himself 'The Toymaker'. Apparently Echelon chatter has it that he has made a one of a kind weapon and is selling it off to a local terroist group known as 'The Faction'.
