The first assignment she hands out to to Donna Troy (secretly known as Star Wonder), to investigate this mad man that calls himself 'The Toymaker'. Apparently Echelon chatter has it that he has made a one of a kind weapon and is selling it off to a local terroist group known as 'The Faction'.

Star Wonder shows up at the address she tracked down through old records, but is baffled to see that the house is 'normal'. She creeps down the hall and remarks that for a 'toymake...

She creeps down the hall and remarks that for a 'toymaker', there are no toys present. Suddenly The Toymaker sneaks up behind her and blows bubbles, which are infused with a tired formula. At first, Star Wonder resorts to her and starts happily popping the bubbles, but soon the chemicals over take her and ends up sprawled on the floor, !

When she awakens, she finds her self cuffed to a chair. As she struggles to get loose, The Toymaker comes in and starts going on about his most marvelous creation. He frees her and tells her that he must test out his creation, he's named Steel Magnolia....or Maggie for short. With a tap on the enormous box in the room, the front falls forward and there stands Maggie.....a Fembot. The robot comes forward and with the command of the Toymaker, she and Star Wonder fight!

Clearly the robot has superhuman strength and is giving a little Amazon a run for her money! But then Star Wonder leads her to the kitchen and grabs the sink's sprayer. Maggie crumples to the ground in electronic shock waves! The Toymaker comes to her rescue but it is clear that he'll have to go back to the drawing board, as Maggie is no more!
