The starship Excalibur's Chief Medical officer is beaming down to Pentax IV to conduct the annual psychological review on the miners stationed on the remote and desolate planet. When she arrives, there is apparently no one to greet her, until a beautiful woman in a fleet uniform appears before her. The woman informs the Doctor that she is all powerful being from another dimension, and has taken an interest in the good doctor.
